§1 Sales to Businesses, Scope of Application

(1) As a wholesale company, we sell and supply exclusively to entrepreneurs, i.e. commercial traders and professional bulk consumers. The goods offered by us are intended exclusively for resale or commercial use.

(2) Upon request, the customer must provide proof of the type and existence of their business. This may be done by submitting an officially certified business registration together with an original receipt from the tax office confirming VAT payment not older than three months, or by a certificate issued by the tax authority, the Chamber of Commerce, a comparable institution, or a tax advisor.

(3) These terms and conditions apply exclusively to all present and future sales, deliveries and services. Deviating or additional terms of the customer shall only apply if we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
